Whether you are interested in creating a brand new site or you would like a complete redesign of an existing one, my pricing is simple and affordable! I quote on the number of pages you want designed. You choose the options you want, purchasing only what your business needs. I then give you a firm answer about your custom web site after I do a free, thorough assessment of your requirements.
First, you answer all questions in detail on the New Client Questionnaire and you e-mail them back to me. I then generate a quote, identifying your web site requirements, services I can provide and a timeline in which the project will be completed.
If you choose to proceed, I offer you a choice of template designs, including suggested content and a site plan for your approval. When design options and costs have been approved by you, a 50% deposit is required to begin the project.
I then add your content to the design (text, graphics, forms, links, E-Commerce, etc). When your web site passes all my quality assurance checks, and is given your final approval & launch your web site after the balance has been paid in full.
I stand behind my design to insure your satisfaction, making any necessary adjustments over the initial 60 day period at no extra charge. This includes:
* Product changes or additions, including pricing changes,
specials and sales.
* Content changes or additions, including staff changes.
* Calendar updates and Company Newsletters.
* Registration / Updates with search engines and directories.
* Addition and deletion of links.
* Addition and deletion of design elements.
I have prepared this basic “package pricing” below as a guide. All my new web site design packages include domain name registration and a 3 months hosting package.
The “Web Business Card” Starter Package
This package is for anyone who wants a 1-2 page simple web site. It can include contact information and business biography. It is is priced at an affordable $249.
The “Web Presence” Starter Package
This package is for anyone who wants a basic, information web site. It can consist of 3-4 pages, and is priced at an affordable $425.
Professional’s Web Site Starter Package
This package is for the professional: a doctors office, lawyer, accountant, therapist, and the like. This web site, with many customizable features, can consist of 5 pages and is priced at an affordable $575.
Small Business Web Site Package
This package is for small businesses that want to establish an web presence that will allow them to build upon over time. A salon, a restaurant, a landscaping business, etc. It's base price is $750. This price includes 6-8 pages, and includes the option of E-Commerce (accepting payments online with a credit card) Additional costs depend on the options needed for your business.
Medium Size Business Web Site Package
This package is for an established business that needs the E-Commerce option with a catalog/shopping cart. Base price begins at $1,000 and pricing depends on the number of pages/items, set up, database complexity and software needed.
Maintenance & Marketing Options
I offer scheduled Maintenance, whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly at a fixed rate. I also offer “as needed” maintenance & S.E.O. Marketing Plans on an hourly basis, at the rate of $75 per hour.
I am pleased to offer not-for-profit clients a significant reduction in these rates as part of my community service.
